Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the original condition in which it was received.

Non-returnable items include:
- Worn or washed garments
- Gift cards
- Items damaged by the customer
- Custom-made or personalized items (if applicable)

To process your return, please provide your original receipt or order number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming its receipt and the approval status of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 5 business days of approval:
1. First, check your payment account or contact your payment provider.
2. If the issue persists, contact us at repyourfaith@umapparel.com with your order number.

Sale/Closeout Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.
Sale and closeout items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
