Shipping Policy

When do we ship?

All orders are shipped Monday - Friday.In most cases, we will ship smaller orders with DHL/USPS first class or DHL/USPS priority mail. For larger packages, we may ship with DHL, USPS, or UPS. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, our order processing times may be longer.

Where to?

We ship domestically as well as internationally. Please direct any questions concerning shipments to representative@unconventionalmediums.com.

How do we ship?

For standard shipping please allow 2-6 business days. Items will be shipped through either UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on which is most cost-effective. Once again, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, you may experience longer processing and shipping times.

Rates of shipping?

We do not charge a flat rate for shipping. Instead, we charge you the consumer what the shipping company charges us based on weight and location.
